Through the instant petition, the petitioners have sought issuance of directions upon the official respondents, to ensure protection of their lives and liberty at the hands of the private respondents, and, also to restrain the said respondents from harassing them or interfering in their married life.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate authority/court for redressal of their grievance, if any.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
