The petitioner has filed the present revision petition against the impugned order dated 26.04.2016 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, vide which the petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. to face trial as an accused in FIR No.15 dated 18.01.2015 under Sections 304-A, 379, 338, 427 and 201 IPC at Police Station Kulgarhi (Annexure P-1).

The Registry of the Court had raised objections on 04.10.2019, but no learned counsel came to collect the file to remove the objections. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.
