Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The plaintiff is the appellant before this Court claiming wages for the period when he was made to work without rest. The suit was dismissed holding that a civil remedy was not competent and it should have been pressed only before the appropriate forum established under the labour legislation namely Payment of Wages Act. The counsel seeks for permission for such right of prosecution before the appropriate authorities. I will find no cause for intervention with the decisions already taken and the plaintiff is at liberty to resort to such action as he deems fit and appropriate and the dismissal of the suit will not come in the way to pursuit for redressal in any other competent forum. 2.
The second appeal is dismissed but with above liberty. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE September 08, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.09.10 12:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
