*** The application for impleading LRs of sole respondent has not been filed despite order in that regard having been passed by this Court on 17.1.2020 and case having been adjourned several times for the purpose. On the last date of hearing, it was directed that in case the application is not filed, the appeal would be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. No justifiable cause has been explained for not filing of the application. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he had contacted the appellants telephonically asking them to come and get the requisite application filed but they have not turned up to do so.
