The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.27, dated 04.05.2020, registered under Sections 328 and 34 IPC at Police Station Rawalpindi, District Kapurthala. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from submits that untrace report has been presented before the trial Court and the same has been accepted vide order dated 19.09.2023.

In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition. 4.
