The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.56 dated 15.06.2020, under Sections 376 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Kheri Naudh Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer was made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
