Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.78 dated 16.12.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 302, 307, 201 and 216 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25, 27, 30 and 54 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Munak, District Karnal. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
