At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that since the Investigating Officer (IO) concerned, has exonerated the incriminatory role assigned to the present bail petitioners, and, as, carried in FIR No. 178 of 01.12.2021, registered at Police Station Women Jind, District Jind, constituting therein offences under Sections 500 / 211 / 120-B / 34 of the IPC, and, under Sections 3(1)(p), 3(1)(q) of the SC / ST Act, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the instant petition. 2.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
