       This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 13.07.2022 (Annexure P-1), by which the petitionerfirm has now been black-listed for a period of five years by modifying the previous order dated 08.01.2020. The only ground raised by the petitioner is that the impugned order passed by the respondent-authorities does not give details reasons for black-listing it for a period of five years.

Learned Assistant Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent-State of Punjab submits that the matter was enquired into extensively by the concerned authorities and the petitioner firm had even participated in the enquiry. Further, a show cause notice was also served upon it, and there exists material to justify the impugned order. He, however, fairly concedes that the impugned order does not contain detailed reasons for black listing the petitioner firm and he, therefore, prays that the respondent-authorities may be permitted to pass a fresh order in terms of the directions earlier issued by this Court in the previous petition i.e. Civil Writ Petition No.19045 of 2020 vide order dated 11.05.2022.

  [2] In view of the aforesaid and in view observations already made by this Court in the previous petition, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authorities to pass a fresh order with reasons in accordance with law within a period of 10 days.
