After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the inquiry report was already a part of the records at the time when Civil Writ Petition No.23158 of 2023 was decided on the basis of an undertaking given by the counsel representing respondents No.1 and 2, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the said Civil Writ Petition. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy.
