(oral) The grievance of the the petitioner in this writ petition is that the petitioner had approached the second respondent vide an application dt. 07.11.2019 (Annexure P-5) under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and that the said application has not been decided by the second respondent till date. Mr. Kanish Ganeriwala, AAG, Punjab states that a direction be given to second respondent to decide the said application within a reasonable time.

Having regard to the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner Cum District Magistrate, Mini-Secretariat, Amritsar, Punjab to decide the application dt.07.11.2019 filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within a period of four weeks in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner and respondents No.3 and 4.
