Dated Police Station Sections 18.10.2005 State vigilance Bureau Hisar, District Hisar 13(1)(d), 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 and Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC 1.

The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 28.09.2023, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner, which is continuing till date.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they have voluntarily complied with the previous order dated 28.09.2023.

On instructions, counsel for the State has not disputed the contention made by counsel for the petitioner, however they want custodial investigation. 5.
