NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 and further directing the respondents No.4 to 6 not to harass or interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Faridabad to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 19.9.2023 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
