The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 21 of NDPS Act, 1985, in FIR No. 03, dated 02.01.2025, registered at Police Station Anti Narcotic Task Force, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the prayer for bail through instant petition at this stage.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of, having been not pressed at this stage.
