Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to look into the request of the petitioner, dated 29.01.2024, Annexure P-2, and request dated 10.04.2024, Annexure P-3, and to direct respondents No.3 and 4 to proceed with the same as the persons mentioned in the above said requests in connivance with each other have committed cheating with the petitioner and his daughter-in-law. 2.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed a complaint/representation before respondent No.2 on 29.01.2024, however, no action has been taken on the same till date. 3.
