The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking compassionate appointment. A legal notice was served on the respondents who have given a reply to the same, stating therein that the case of the petitioner is being considered for the post of Laboratory Attendant on compassionate ground. 2.

The communication was issued on 03.07.2023 and more than two months have elapsed as of now.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts, the respondents are directed to take immediate steps for compassionate appointment, if the case of the petitioner is otherwise found to be in order, as per his own assertion. 4.

Petition stands disposed of.
