(ORAL) This second petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to complete inquiry pertaining to representation dated 10.10.2022 (Annexure P-5) and to expeditiously take action under Section 195 Cr.P.C. and furnish complaint under Section 177 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and, therefore, he does not wish to press the present petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
