Prayer is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners and to restrain the private respondents No.4 to 10 and their family members not to harass or interfere in the life of the petitioners.

Statements of petitioner No.1 and her father have been recorded. Petitioner has suffered statement that she no more apprehends threat and likewise respondent No.4 has suffered a statement that neither he nor any of his family member has ever harmed either of the petitioners and further assured that they will not harm them in future. 3.

In view of above statements, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
