As per paragraph 9 of the petition, the petitioner has stated that there is no case pending or registered under the IPC Act against the petitioner. However, it has been contended by learned State counsel that as per the custody certificate, the petitioner has criminal antecedents, which he has concealed.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh after disclosing the complete and accurate particulars regarding his criminal history.

It is clarified that while filing the fresh petition, the petitioner shall also annexe the copies of bail orders of cases which are pending against him as well as the copies of orders mentioning the complete details of cases in which he has been convicted.
