Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the representation filed by the petitioner has been rejected during the pendency of the present case vide speaking order dated 20.09.2023, appended with the reply dated 09/10.11.2023, in wake of which learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to challenge the same, if required.
