(Oral) Present petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing the complaint No.51335 of 2019 registered under Section 25 of Payment and Settlement System Act, 2007 r/w Section 143-A of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and Section 357 of Cr.PC filed by respondent No.1 as well as summoning order dated 24.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) passed by JMIC, Gurugram. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1, at the outset, submits that the present petition has become infructuous and produced a copy of order dated 24.11.2022 passed by JMFC, Gurugram vide which the complainant company has withdrawn the complaint (supra) and the same was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn by the Court concerned. Power of attorney and copy of the order dated 24.11.2022 produced by counsel for respondent No.1 are taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place. Despite, the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
