1. Learned counsel would contend that the claim of the petitioners is for release of gratuity amount in terms of the 1972 Act and similar relief has been granted to the employees, against which CWP-25787-2022 has been filed by the Department against the judgment of the Appellate Authority under the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, was dismissed on 06.08.2024. In this regard, he thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable them to file a representation along with the copies of the orders and judgment and the same be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Notice of motion.

case petitioners submit a representation within a period of 2 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, within a further period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon          !"#"$ -
