The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 85 dated 18.08.2024 under Sections 125/351/190/191 of BNS and under Sections 25/54 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, Amritsar, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 19.08.2024 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that in the FIR there are more than two accused. However, the investigation is still going on and challan has not been presented. He thus submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to to the petitioners to approach this Court again, in case, the challan is filed qua them. 3.
