**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) CM-15827-C-2019 This is an application under Order 22 Rule 3 CPC for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased-appellant - Gurbachan Singh.
It has been averred in the application that during the pendency of the writ petition, appellant had died on 15.11.2018, leaving behind his legal representatives (daughters & sons) as mentioned in Para No. 2 of the application. The application is accompanied by an affidavit of Sh. Gurdev Singh, who is the son of deceased-appellant.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant-appellant and perusing the contents of the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed, subject to all just exceptions and the applicants, as mentioned in Para 2 of the application are ordered to be impleaded as legal representatives of deceased appellant - Gurbachan Singh. It is, however, clarified that this order shall not confer any title upon the legal representatives to the estate of the deceased appellant - Gurbachan Singh JAWALA RAM 2019.12.09 18:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh and this order has been passed only to allow the aforesaid legal

The amended Memo of Parties filed along with the application is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CM stands disposed of accordingly.
CM-15828-C-2019 & RSA-1624-2014 This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, seeking withdrawal of the instant appeal.
It has been averred in the application that the parties have arrived at a compromise. The respondent has furnished an affidavit dated 04.10.2019 to that effect, which is annexed with the instant application as Annexure A-2. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant-appellants and perusing the averments made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the Civil Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed and the main appeal is taken up for final hearing today. The applicant-appellants are permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
