******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) As per order dated 30.08.2019, the directions were issued to the respondents to issue State Teacher Award to the petitioner and allow him the extension in service.

Learned State counsel submits that the State Teacher Award has been conferred to the petitioner and as per his entitlement, his service has also been extended till he attains the age of 60 years subject to decision of LPA. Copy of the order has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. He further submits that in view of this order, this petition has been rendered infrucutous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite taking the petitioner back and extension in service, he has not been paid the salary and other benefits attached with the award.

COCP-3472-2019 In view of submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with direction that the consequential benefits on the conferment of award to the petitioner be released within a short span or as per order in LPA, if filed. The petitioner shall have the liberty to seek revival of this petition if consequential benefits due are not released to him. Rule discharged.
