This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 09.02.2023 (Annexure P-10) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dera Bassi.

No adjournment slip has been filed. Even on the last two dates, adjournment had been requested.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that at this stage, the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same when the petitioner is ready to argue the matter. 5.
