*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to issue fresh passport to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 has handed over a copy of e-mail dated 27.08.2025 addressed to the counsel stating that the passport No. AF437354 has been dispatched on 13.08.2025. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 4.
