HARINDER SINGH SIDHU (ORAL) By way of filing this petition, the petitioner has prayed for transfer of investigation of case FIR No.56 dated 11.7.2019 under Sections 323,325,506,149 IPC registered at P.S Maloud, District Ludhiana to some other police station, in Police District Khanna. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the aforesaid FIR has been registered against respondent Nos.5 to 7, however, the matter is not being properly investigated. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation (P.4) on 08.08.2019 to respondent No.2-SSP Khanna but no action has been taken thereon.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by him in the representation (P.4) and take appropriate action as may be warranted by law.
