*** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) CRM-41340-2022 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.for exemption in filing the certified copy of the impugned order. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed as prayed for.

CRR No. 2292 of 2022 (O&M) This revision petition has been filed for s etting aside the orders dated 06.06.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jalandhar and the order dated 17.10.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar.

CRR No. 2292 of 2022 (O&M) -2of Dinesh Malik, stated to be an authorized partner of M/s Saicom Marketing, B1571, Ladowali Road, Jalandhar to submit that the parties have settled the matter and the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards full and final settlement to settle the dispute arising out of a cheque which was dishonoured, leading to proceedings under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Affidavit is taken on record as Mark 'X'.

Mr. Inderjit Singh Chawla, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-complainant. He has filed his power of attorney. The same is taken on record. He admits the fact of compromise between the parties and states that the respondent-complainant has accepted the amount and has agreed to compound the offence of the petitioners. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-complainant and the affidavit produced on record, the offence committed by the petitioners is ordered to be compounded. The revision petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms. Since the revision petition is allowed, the application for suspension of sentence has become infructuous.
