Prayer in the present revision petition is for quashing of FIR No. 61, dated 14.03.2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1) alongwith all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take all the pleas before learned trial Court, at the appropriate stage. 3.
