The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of orders dated 16.01.2023 (Annexure P-3), 24.02.2023 (Annexure P-6), 10.03.2023 (Annexure P-11) and 14.09.2023 (Annexure P-15) whereby he has been declared defaulter for the purpose of allotment of paddy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has been declared defaulter as another mill has been blacklisted. The petitioner for the fault of any other mill cannot be declared defaulter for indefinite period. The petitioner wants to make representation to the Director and he may be directed to consider case of the petitioner in a time bound manner.
