**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to file the charge-sheet/challan in FIR No.187 dated 19.11.2017 under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sarangpur, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is confining the prayer in this petition for the consideration of the representation of the petitioner by respondent No.2. She also contends that the petitioner shall be preferring a representation to respondent No.2 within two weeks from today. Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 3.

At the asking of the Court, Ms. Ashima Mor, Standing Counsel for U.T. Chandigarh accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 that in the event of the petitioner preferring a representation, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
