Faridabad, contends that the police has prepared the cancellation report in the present case and that the same is going to be submitted before the learned Area Magistrate very soon. 2.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
