(Oral) Prayer in this first petition is for quashing of FIR No.80 dated 20.4.2018 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station City Phagwara, District Kapurthala alongwith all consequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, charges before the learned trial Court have been framed against the present petitioner. In view of the above, learned senior counsel seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order framing charge against the petitioner, if so advised. Permitted to do so.
