Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.108 dated 22.03.2022, registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 350, 376(3), 376(2)(n) of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, at Police Station Kunjpura, District Karnal and withdraws the same In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
