- This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), for anticipatory bail, in a case arising out of FIR No.94 dated 29.05.2025 under Sections 333, 115(2), 324(4), 351(3), 191(3), 326(g) & 190 BNS, 2023 and DDR No.29 dated 30.05.2025, Police Station City, Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already joined investigation. The above mentioned fact has been conceded by learned State counsel. The reply also shows that the petitioner has already joined investigation.
