(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for proper investigating or handing over the investigation of the case FIR No.045 dated 29.01.2019 under Sections 25 of Arms Act, 1959, Police Station City Mahendergarh, District Mahendergarh outside Mahendergarh or to the Crime Branch.

Notice of motion was issued in this case on 14.10.2019. Pursuant thereto, reply by way of affidavit of Yad Ram, HPS Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 was filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail his other legal remedies in accordance with law.
