The petitioner has filed the instant revision petition for setting aside the order dated 31.08.2023 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Bhiwani whereby an appeal filed by the petitioner against order dated 23.12.2021 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge, Bhiwani has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
