Mr. MS Bajwa, Advocate for respondents No. 4 and 5. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No. 1 to 3, not to interfere, harass and humiliate the petitioners, at the instance of respondents No. 4 and 5.

As per allegations, petitioners have solemnized marriage against the wishes of their parents on 12.04.2018, with their own free will and consent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are not ready to compromise the matter with respondents No. 4 and 5. In view of the above, the order dated 14.10.2019, restraining the State from arresting petitioner No. 2-Happy, is made absolute. Nothing survives for consideration.
