CM No.4201-C of 2014 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the huge delay of 725 days in refiling the appeal is condoned. RSA No.1707 of 2014 (O&M) While alleging fraud committed in the making of a release deed transferring property from one member of the family to another, the plaintiff while facing cross-examination admitted that the signatures on the release deed were his. In the suit brought by the appellant to avoid the release deed by alleging fraud and misrepresentation in its making, the plea of fraud committed upon the plaintiff was not accepted either by the trial Judge or by the first appeal court since he failed to produce any satisfactory evidence to support the plea that his signatures were taken on the pretext of executing a power of attorney. The Court found from the oral testimony of the appellant that he admitted to be a property dealer running a business in the name of MANJU 2015.05.20 09:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
