NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the action of respondents in not granting minimum of pay scale along with Grade Pay + DA + Washing Allowance to the petitioners from the due date. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to grant the petitioners minimum of regular scale along with Grade Pay, DA and Washing Allowance from the due date with arrears as allowed to other similar employees together with all consequential benefits with interest for the delay by quashing the orders dated 03.08.2023 (Annexure P-2) and 13.09.2023 (Annexure P-3), to the extent of restricting benefit to the MOHD YAKUB 2024.09.18 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh
