Present:

**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J.

Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to award marks for Question No. 147 of Booklet 'D' (Question No. 131 of Booklet 'B') as per judgment dated 20.03.2020 (P-7) passed in CWP-20220-2018, titled "Rishu Goyal and others Versus State of Punjab and others"; further to award marks for Question No. 110 of Booklet 'D' (Question No. 96 of Booklet 'B') and Question No. 139 of Booklet 'D' (Question No. 123 of Booklet 'B') as per judgment dated 10.09.2021 (P-9) passed in CWP-21779-2018, titled "Teena Mahajan and others Versus State of Punjab and others"; and to revise the result of petitioner declaring her to have qualified the PSTET-1. At the outset, learned counsel on instructions from petitioner, submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, her client would be satisfied in case Legal Notice dated 01.10.2022 (P-10) is decided expeditiously.

Notice of motion to the aforesaid limited extent. DINESH KUMAR 2022.12.05 17:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CWP No. 25075 of 2022 (O&M) -2On asking of the Court, Ms. Lavanya Paul, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent(s)-State and raises no objection against the innocuous prayer of the petitioner. In view of the above, but without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed off with direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the above legal notice as per law, within four weeks from receipt of certified copy of this order.

Needless to say that in case there is a failure on the part of competent authority, petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriate application for revival of this writ petition. December 05, 2022 ( MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU ) 'dk kamra'
