The regular second appeal is disposed of in view of the compromise dated 06.07.2016 (Annexure A-1) entered into between the parties. Parties shall be bound by the compromise. The compromise deed is made part of the order.

As per the compromise, the suit of the plaintiff is ordered to be partly decreed.
