Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks issuance of directions upon the respondent No.2 to conduct a fair and transparent investigation in FIR No.209 dated 26.06.2024, under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Israna, District Panipat, and, to take appropriate legal action against the accused persons. 2.

Since the instant petition has been filed within approx. 21⁄2 months of the registration of the present FIR, especially without it being embodied with any material, thus corroborating that the investigation is not heading in its right direction or pace, therefore, the instant petition becomes a premature motion, which warrants no interference at this stage. 3.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, being a premature motion.
