The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 31.10.2011, 07.01.2013, 22.12.2016 and 31.01.2024 (Annexures P-7, P-9, P-10 and P-12). 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the instant petition. 3.
