(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail in FIR No.291 dated 13.08.2020 under Sections 408, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 380, 381, 120B, 201 IPC and Sections 43 & 66 of I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2008, registered at Police Station Yamuna Nagar Sadar, District Yamuna Nagar. Mr. Dinesh Singh Chauhan, Assistant General Manager (HR & Admn.) of the complainant-company is present in the Court and has filed authority letter on behalf of the company. He stated at Bar that a compromise has been effected between the parties and CRM-M-50028-2022 titled as Mayank Singla and others Vs. CRM-M-50455-2022 -2before this Court, in which petitioner Rakesh Bhardwaj is petitioner No.3 and vide order dated 29.10.2022, notice of motion has been issued for 16.11.2022. As per the custody certificate dated 03.11.2022 filed in the Court today, the petitioner is in custody for the last 01 month and 17 days and is not involved in any other case.

In view of the above, without commenting anything on merits of the case and considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail subject to furnishing his bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, concerned. Petition is disposed of.
