Mukhtiar Singh v. Financial Commissioner Appeal And Others

Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 06.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner, Punjab. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
