Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment, dated 20.05.2016, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 4475 of 2012, titled "Ram Chander and Prashant Kapoor 2017.05.09 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

RFA-396-2017 another v. State of Haryana and others", and other connected matters, vide which in the appeals arising out the same acquisition, this Court had enhanced the compensation awarded to the claimant/landlowners. Thus, it is submitted that the present appeal be also disposed of in terms thereof. Ordered accordingly.
