Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 12.05.2023 (Annexure P-12) has been passed by the Executive Chairman without there being any resolution by the executive committee, hence, the petitioner intend to approach the higher authorities in the department concerned by way of filing a representation that the decision taken vide order dated 12.05.2023 (Annexure P-12) is without jurisdiction. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice. 3.
