(ORAL) At this stage, both the counsel for the applicant, as well as the respondent, submit that amicable settlement has been reached between the parties and settlement/agreement was recorded in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, on the basis of reference made to the mediation centre, in the connected matter i.e. CRM-M-18400-2025, which was pending before the Coordinate Bench. Copy of the settlement has been supplied in the Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of the terms of the settlement, so reached, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
